Land's End, Carn Galver Mine & St. Ives

Today we headed out on a drive.  Our first destination was Saint Michael's Mount.  We could not find anywhere to even park so it was a quick pull over and take a photo before driving on. Land's End is a major tourist trap that if you want to do everything will empty your pockets fast. The views are beautiful though. This cute little village was originally in Lelant but was moved to Land's End circling the standing stones. I can't get over the beauty of the land. We had a classic English meal of bangers and mash with spotted dick for dessert. We also stopped to admire the flowers on the way back and to make fun of the smallest garbage can out on the street. Charleen and Ben turned in the other rental car before their flight and we walked over to pick up our new car. We just barely fit in the Hyundai I10.  Roger has to be a contortionist to get in the drivers seat.  It does make parking much easier though. We made a pit stop at the Jamaican Inn  that our friend Will recommended.  To bad the restaurant and the outdoor seating area was clos...
