Pictures of Edinburgh

Edinburgh is one of my favorite cities in the world.  I think you will see why in these pictures.

Roger said that this is his Coat of Arms

We walked the perimeter of Hollyrood our second night.

The next day we walked around the city admiring the architecture until it was time for our entry to the museum.

I hope that a replica of this will soon be found in my yard.

This is just because Roger likes the show Sneaky Pete.

All I can say is I love Edinburgh.  Everywhere you look it is beautiful.

I am still trying to learn how to take selfies and Roger isn't impressed.

The view from the Edinburgh Castle parking lot down the Royal Mile.

You never know what you might see when looking through a close passageway.

View through the new shopping mall window out into the city.

Roger loves going to art museums.

Charleen and Ben showing where our apartment is.  The one and only place that we stayed that had an elevator.  It does make you consider packing lighter and lighter every time you travel.

I love all of the wildflowers everywhere throughout Scotland

Roger was very considerate to walk to the top of Salisbury Crags with me.

The views were really nice.

The best part was when I heard some bagpipes playing in the background.  It brought tears to my eyes.

We could peak into the Queen's backyard on the way up.

The view out to the sea.

View of our apartment.

England, Scotland and Sweden Flag

Yes we visited Ikea because it was right next door to Costco.

They actually have a van you can rent at Costco to get your bigger purchases home.

Check another Costco off our list.
