St. Andrews & Our First Night in Edinburgh

Due to Covid the Cathedral of St. Andrews was closed.

Where able to sneak some peaks  from the slits in the back walls too.

We were also able to view into the ruins of the castle.

The pier was built with the stones from the cathedral.

What a cool place to swim.

We waited our turn to get a picture on the Old Course Bridge.

Old Course Bridge with the St. Andrews club house in the background.

After getting our pictures on the bridge we now have to find where we parked the car so we can head to Edinburgh.

After a full day of driving and site seeing we were thirsty and hungry.

We had a wonderful dinner at The World's End Pub on the Royal Mile.

After dinner we did another evening stroll.

We cut through a cemetery on our way back to our apartment.  How things have changed since we first started traveling we used to get lost a lot.  It is really nice to be able to use google maps to find our way around so we didn't have to backtrack the way we came.
